Thank you for your email. Funnily enough I was going to write an email to you in addition.

I was delighted with the service you gave last week for the badges for the Dealer Technology Conference. Unfortunately I had to wait for money to come through to purchase the branding the client wanted hence the short time span in which you had to complete the job.

You completed the job and personally delivered the badges on the Friday and in doing so meant I could complete lanyarding duties on Friday night rather than Monday morning!!

You have exceeded expectations here and thought outside the box when we had to come to you to make changes with the font. You not only made the required changes to the front of the badges but also took the time to acknowledge and change the font in the agenda on the reverse of the badges.

We will absolutely continue to use you in the future and will thoroughly recommend you to any colleagues or parties that may require your service.

We will of course in the future make an extra effort to endeavor to give you as much time as possible to complete a job.
